More Love

We could all use a little more love, right? I heard somewhere that a person needs at least 7 hugs a day to remain healthy. I can only imagine what a kiss, "love talk" or other expression of true affection can do for the mind and body. I've also heard that everyone has their own "love language." The five languages that express love are physical touch, affirming words, receiving gifts, acts of service and, quality time. Interestingly, the older I get, the more I realize how important quality time is to me.

Now I can help with the gift part but for the others you'll have to figure that one out for yourself. I have included a couple of links to explain more below. Enjoy and thanks for looking!
