About Florals by Fred

I have changed the format on my blog. The landing page will show a comprehensive feed of everything I create on Zazzle.com. On the tabs under the header picture are links to here and to pages of what I decide to talk about arranged by months. Any comments? Please leave one!

Today's Installments

I shot this little beauty at work. Thought the soft focus made the image look almost dreamy.

This daisy used to grow in the backyard. It sure looks nice the way the petals curl inward.

This was shot on the Santa Ana River near Seven Oaks California. I went for a drive with my lovely bride on Memorial Day this year. What a great time we had.

Scriptures and things

This was shot on a day trip to the Seven Oaks area in the local mountains. As you can see, it was a beauty of a day.

The thanks never stop

This was a beautiful Mother's Day bouquet give to my wife.

I took this shot while on one of my fishing adventures to the Eastern Sierra Nevadas. It is looking west toward the John Muir Wilderness from the Minaret Vista at the entrance to the Devil's Postpile/ Red's Meadow entrance station.

While on an early spring trip, my wife and I witnessed this amazing scene on Lake George in the Mammoth Lakes Basin. Talk about insane reflections!

Thank you in some new ways

I shot this a couple years back while on a walk in my neighborhood with my wife. The sunlight was coming through the clouds and looked like the fingers of the Almighty Himself. It just had to be in black and white.

One of the places we love to spend time at is the Mammoth Lakes Basin in California's Eastern Sierra Nevada mountain range. Love this spot. It's near some of the most beautiful and majestic views in the area. Great fishing too? You Bet!

We were on a trip near Hearst Castle near San Simeon when we spied the Elephant Seal viewing area next to highway 1. What a wonderful sight but, this one just really was the highlight of the stop.

Say Thank You!

I have always thought this variety of rose to be really pretty. I'm pretty sure my wife agrees. She has the most beautiful roses in our yard. Believe it or not, this was shot right under the living room window.

I shot this on the dining table with some black velvet behind it. Another front yard beauty.

Don't tell anyone but, I shot this on a walking tour through a garden.

More new products that I hope catches somebody's eye.

Wow, after three days of emailing with Zazzle I found out the phrase "Life is good" is copyright protected. Amazing! I looked it up, apparently it's a clothing store. They appear to support children's issues by optimism... Ok, at any rate, I sure hope "Isn't Life Grand?" Isn't copyright protected.
