I think perhaps there is no other generation or period of time since the dawn of time that has more distractions than right now. What other commodity is in greater demand than time? Well, I'm pretty sure safety, food and money rank pretty high too.
For the Christian, the Bible says "See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,redeeming the time, because the days are evil. " Ephesians 5:15-16 MKJV. According to Matthew Henry this means " Good Christians must be good husbands of their time, and take care to improve it to the best of purposes, by watching against temptations, by doing good while it is in the power of their hands, and by filling it up with proper employment - one special preservative from sin. They should make the best use they can of the present seasons of grace. Our time is a talent given us by God for some good end, and it is misspent and lost when it is not employed according to his design."
What I offer today can't help much with safety, money or food. These clocks will help you keep track of the time you're wasting on the internet or in front of the boob tube though. The nice thing is, the images are pleasing to the eye and you can customize it if you like.
