Everything is Coming up Roses

I've recently shot some really beautiful roses from the yard. First one up is orange. Sorry, I don't know the particular variety. Black backgrounds bring out the color in flowers like nothing else does. Notice the texture and the highlights in the water droplets in this photo. A gold reflector really warmed this up into a beautiful floral image. These are totally customizable, add text or images if you like. Photograph copyright © 2012 Fred Ziegler
