Sepia Rose

Sepia Rose sounds a lot like a radio personality but today it means a type of processing for this particular image of a bouquet of roses. In photography, at least according to wikipedia, sepia tones are used to warm the tones of a black and white photograph. The hue resembles the effect of aging in old photographs, and of older photographs chemically treated either for visual effect or for archival purposes. Many digital cameras now include a sepia tone option. Notice in this photograph the subtle tone changes and the water drops on the petals. As always, I thank you for looking at my blog and I hope you enjoy the visit. Please consider a look at my store while you're here.

New Designs

Continuing with the theme of Scriptures, today's image is another Lupine blossom with Proverbs 4:23. "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. " Sound advice? I think so. Thanks for looking!

Revelation

I have created some more Bible related products today. They seem to be selling fairly regularly and they are a positive influence for people. So being the smart guy I am, I'm creating more. Today's image is a close-up shot of some Lupine. The background and contrasting color made for a pleasing image. The Scripture selection is Revelation 21:4 which reads: 'He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death' or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
Thanks for the visit and enjoy!

Bible products

Today I have created some more products with a Bible theme. All of these feature the same image, some Indian Paintbrush I shot in the local mountains. They all have one of the great promises of scripture, Ephesians 2:10 on them as well. It says "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Just as this Indian Paintbrush bloom can only show God's wonder and beauty in it's nature, God has prepared a work for us all to do. Not to be saved by the work but to show His nature. Loving, kind, wondrous, beautiful; awesome; I could go on. Thanks for looking and as always, enjoy!
